The Butte 4-C's is a resource and referral (R&R) agency dedicated and committed to linking together families, child care providers, and community businesses. Our office is located in the historical district of uptown Butte, Montana. The Butte 4-C's serves a six county area in southwest Montana to include: Silver Bow, Beaverhead,  Deer Lodge, Granite, Madison, and Powell.

Assistance to families includes linking them to quality child care through community referrals; providing consumer education materials and counseling; helping families apply for the Best Beginnings Scholarship program; and providing  information on quality child care standards.

Our services for child care providers include assisting them with starting and operating their child care business; providing educational opportunities; providing technical assistance; mailing bi-monthly newsletters; providing advocacy; and providing information on Best Beginnings Quality Programs.

The Butte 4-C's is also a USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsor. Their mission is to influence healthy lifestyle choices by facilitating program participation and compliance, funding nutritious meals, and providing effective training.
